Technical and Structural Introduction
CRP100B is a high molecular weight polyethylene compound specifically developed for pipe applications. This material is supplied in the form of black granules or pellets, and its characteristic black color is due to the presence of carbon black. This additive enhances resistance to sunlight, weathering conditions, and environmental degradation.
Structurally, this grade is a bi-modal copolymer produced through suspension polymerization of ethylene monomer. This characteristic provides an excellent balance of strength, flexibility, durability, and processability.
